We hope you are enjoying your summer and you and your student are looking forward to the 2010-11 school year at Live Oaks Career Development Campus. We are very pleased and excited that your student has chosen to continue preparing for his/her future with us. We will work hard to help your student achieve their career and educational goals.
In order to make the transition to Live Oaks a smooth one, we will be sending information throughout the summer. You will receive mailings as well as phone calls with vital information. If you have questions or need more information, please call the school at 575-1900.
Summer Mailing Timelines:
Early June – course verification form & counselor letter
Mid June – informational mailing including the calendar, important dates flyer, general information, estimated fees
July – forms packet – all the forms that need to be filled out and returned prior to August 1
Mid July – uniform postcards from career technical instructors
August – fee letter and program costs
Parent Orientation post card
Attendance & R2 letter

Please note the first day of school is Friday, August 20th. There will be a special orientation and breakfast for parents that morning.

Congratulations to Erik & Jenna, both iMedia seniors, for being the male and female recipients of the United States Army Reserve Scholar Athlete Award. Erik played soccer at CNE, and Jenna played soccer for Batavia. Just goes to prove that you can be a student at Live Oaks AND stay active at your home school.
